Fees and Billing
Integrated Health Care chooses to invest time in our patients total health by opting out of all health insurance plans, including Medicare/Medicaid. The level of care provided at our office cannot be delivered within the restrictions imposed by insurance companies. Our offices are on a fee-for-service basis. Payment is expected in FULL at the time of each visit.
