This office will submit insurance for Chiropractic Care only. It is the patient's responsibility to verify their Chiropractic benefits and if necessary, obtain the appropriate referrals. Patient will be responsible for co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance or any non- covered services.

If you are seeing Dr. Bump for Nutritional/Functional Medicine care, please note that this is not covered by insurance and we do not submit for this service. This is a fee for service visit and must be paid at the time of service.  

 

Sometimes. We use LabCorp and Quest for traditional testing. Our office also utilizes other lab testing which you will pay directly for this service.

The New Jersey office is located on Rt. 94 in the McAfee section of Vernon Township in Viking Village. Our office is conveniently located 2 miles north of Route 23 and Hamburg NJ, and 2.6 miles south of the Mountain Creek Resort.

From Wayne area: Route 23 from the Wayne area comes right into Hamburg and intersects with Route 94 north. Turn right, north, onto Rt. 94 and go 2 miles. The office will be on your left at Viking Village, street level.

From Jefferson and Sparta: Route 15 north intersects with Route 94 in Lafayette. We are 9.6 miles North of Route 15 on Route 94. After crossing Rt. 23 in Hamburg, the office is 2 miles up on your left, in Viking Village, at street level.

From Newton NJ: follow Route 94 north 15 miles to the office. We are 2 miles north of Rt. 23 on the left in Viking Village.

From Warwick, NY: follow Route 94 South 12 miles to office. Office is 0.6 miles south of McAfee traffic light, on your right, in Viking Village. . (McAfee fire house is on your left at this light.)

From Goshen, NY: Follow 207/17A South out of Goshen 2.3 miles to CR 6 or Pulaski Highway towards Pine Island. Continue for 7.5 miles to Pine Island, and continue straight at traffic light. Road becomes CR 26 and in 3 miles crosses NY/NJ state line and becomes CR 517. Continue South on 517 for about 7 miles to traffic light at Route 94 intersection. Continue straight for 0.7 miles to office on right.
